| Line Cook - Responsible for the preparation and serving of food in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Skills in sautee station, charbroiler, and/or fryer are preferred. Assist in other kitchen areas as needed. Wage is dependent on experience. |

| Bartender - Takes and fills beverage orders from guests and servers. Sets up bar and replenishes stock. Follows alcohol serving guidelines. Teamwork and Customer Service are critical parts of our operation. Answers phone and takes to go orders. Assists in the assembly of to go orders. Must be 18 or older to apply Experience is preferred. Must be able and willing to obtain a city of Brookfield Bartender's License. |

| Dishwasher - Cleans dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and kitchen items including storage racks, floors, walls, dish area and any other items requested. Ensures that all levels for sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks are at specific requirements for health standards. |

| Prep Cook - Ensures that certain food items are prepped in a standard fashion, to guarantee that customers receive quality products. Assist on food line as needed. |

| Host/Hostess - Responsible for the greeting and seating of guests. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and waiting areas. Assist with carryout sales. May be responsible for cash handling procedures. |

| Supervisor - Responsible for assisting in managing operation of restaurant when needed. May also be scheduled as a host, server, or cook when needed. Ability to train and maintain a high and consistent standard is critical. Opening and/or closing the restaurant may be assigned to the supervisor. |

| Server - Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Must be 18 or older as alcohol service is involved. |
